Counselling is having the time to talk to someone in a safe place; with a qualified person who is trained to listen to you with respect and without judgement. The sessions last for an hour. During this time you will be able to talk about your feelings, problems or concerns in a supportive environment, and work towards finding some resolution.
Alongside traditional counselling in a room I offer nature-guided and outdoor therapy sessions. These can last between one and two hours and will be aimed at an easy to moderate level of exertion dependent on ability and need. Everyone can experience the beauty of nature and use the wonders and rhythm of the seasons to heal and find peace of mind.
